Through the Turnkey Renovation Program, Layton Boulevard West Neighbors transforms vacant bank and city-owned properties into fully-renovated, move-in ready homes for families looking to purchase in the Silver City, Burnham Park and Layton Park neighborhoods of Milwaukee.

Renovations focus on restoring the historic charm of these homes while also equipping them with 21st century technological upgrades that result in lower monthly utility bills, making home ownership more affordable. Turnkey Renovation Homes typically feature many of the following upgrades:

Turnkey Homes Under Construction

LBWN is currently working on two projects through our Turnkey Renovation Program:

2221 S. 29th St. is LBWN’s first new construction home. This brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bath home will feature solar electric for super-low energy bills. Lots of light, hardwood floors and crisp white trim will make this one a show-stopper. Located in the Layton Park neighborhood, just north of Lincoln Avenue, only one block from Wild Flour Bakery.  This home is located within walking distance to several neighborhood amenities that you will definitely want to check out!

3335 W. Scott St. is currently being renovated into a single-family 5 bedroom, 2 bath home. A great corner lot with easy access to I-94, and a short walk to nearby recreational amenities including the Hank Aaron State Trail, Arlington Heights Park and the Urban Ecology Center.
