bulletMaintain an up-to-date website quarterly and add formats for 2-way communication and/or new features.
bulletExpand newsletter delivery area through targeted mailing (+500)
bulletCoordinate and facilitate 1 meetings in each area (A, B, C) and 1 annual neighborhood-wide meeting (in fall).
bulletConduct 3 evaluations of a neighborhood event, meeting, program.
Outreach
bulletCultivate 6 new community leaders to work on 3 improvement projects in the neighborhood.
bulletIncrease awareness and safety through the establishment of 5 new block watches.
bulletProvide mentoring opportunities to 3 block watch captains; develop a captain's manual.
bulletCultivate relationships with 25 new people who will become engaged.
Housing
bulletMarket and sell 2 newly constructed homes.
bulletConnect 25 renters with home-buying resources.
bulletRehabilitate 20 homes and bring them up to code.
bulletAbate 10 property nuisance violations.
bulletConduct a feasibility study and implement results for another real estate development project.
Economic Development
bulletFinalize 2nd year and begin 3rd year of ED strategic plan.
bulletImprove 2 business facades.
bulletRecruit 2 new businesses into vacant commercial buildings.
bulletCoordinate and facilitate 25 business-owner meetings.
bulletImprove appearance of 2 window displays, adding new trash cans on National & Lincoln Aves.
