Home Ownership Opportunities

LBWN has partnered with the Allied Churches Teaching Self-Empowerment (ACTS) Good Samaritan Affordable Homeownership Program and South Community Organization (SCO) to provide technical assistance for Milwaukee residents to move into the LBWN neighborhood. First time homebuyers can buy a newly constructed home being built between 38th & 39th Streets, between National Avenue and Pierce Street, or they can buy an existing home that is for sale in the neighborhood.
(Refer to Arlington Heights Homes web page to learn more about the newly constructed homes)
