LBWN has partnered with the Allied Churches Teaching Self-Empowerment (ACTS)
Good Samaritan Affordable Homeownership Program and South Community
Organization (SCO) to provide technical assistance for Milwaukee residents to
move into the LBWN neighborhood. First time homebuyers can buy a newly
constructed home being built between 38th & 39th Streets,
between National Avenue and Pierce Street, or they can buy an existing home that is for
sale in the neighborhood.
