of St. Francis, and dedicated to revitalizing Milwaukee’s Silver City , Burnham

Turnkey Renovation Project
1213 S. 29th Street
The renovation of our first home in our Turn Key Renovation Project
is complete thanks to the hard work and support of our Project
Manager, Jeremy Belot, and generous sponsors.
This home was renovated with a emphasis on energy efficient
improvements, including a solar-thermal water heating system and an
energy efficient boiler. Check out our Development Projects to get
up-to-date information on our latest projects!
